Tara Bradbury is the Director of the highly recognised consultancy and coaching business BDM Academy, specialising in business development and rent roll growth training services throughout Australasia.
Tara is dynamic, highly motivated and has an explosive passion for Business Development. She has developed a reputation for being the growth expert for individuals and businesses with her online and department training packages.
Tara’s major accomplishments include successfully securing 268 listings in one financial year and signing 30 new rental listings in one month. She is the author of, “Real Estate Business Development - Grow your Rent Roll” and regularly performs keynote presentations for many of the leading industry groups throughout Australasia.
Kasey McDonald
In the property industry, Kasey is synonymous with Property Management excellence. Having started her career in real estate industry in the late 1990s, she has gone on to become one of the most highly regarded Property Management Consultants in South-East Queensland.
With a reputation built on professionalism and bottom-line results, Kasey can revlotionise and streamline property management procedures to encourgae steady growth and better profitability. Also trained in Best Practice Systems, an asset which has attributed to her induction into the 'Captain's Club' for LJ Hooker across Australia and New Zealand.
From her experience as a real estate business owner herself, she has a thorough understanding of the key operations for any successful real estate business. From administration procedures and business audits through to HR management and Business Development, she has the experience and results to equip business owners with the tools they need to efficiently run their real estate business for better future profitability.
David Faulkner
David Faulkner is one of the most popular personalities within the Property Management industry throughout New Zealand and his passion for the industry shines through. He is an industry leader working with REINZ and the NZ Realtors group. With over a decade of experience within the industry David has done it all, from hands on Property Management to leading a team of over 40 Property Managers. David has also overseen a number of rent roll acquisitions and is an expert in this field.
David is a widely recognized speaker and trainer. David is a qualified assessor and has played an integral part in the development of both the NZRPM Level 3 and 4 qualifications. David is also an award winning Toastmaster and made it to the National Final of the 2012 Humorous Speech contest.
Away from the industry David dedicates his time not only to his family but also local community where he has coached numerous children’s sports teams and is a qualified rugby referee.
Alex Watson
Alex’s real estate career started 9 years ago and he was given the task of growing the rent roll. – From an initial portfolio size of 30, his first target was to hit 100 properties.
Working his way up the ladder, Alex became the General Manager and more recently a director of the property management division. Now responsible for 22 staff and a portfolio of over 1845 properties throughout Auckland, he has certainly seen some ‘sights.’
He says the key to success over the years comes down to having a positive, forward thinking attitude and breeding an infectious team culture where everyone is on the same page.

Charlotte is a high energy, confident professional who has an infectious enthusiasm for property management. Her creative, resourceful and flexible approach to work enables her to accomplish multiple tasks and keep calm under pressure.
With numerous years experience in customer service and Real Estate she understands the keys to providing an outstanding service lie in excellent communication and organisation together with honesty and integrity.
Originally from the UK, Charlotte has also lived in Germany, Australia and New Zealand but is proud to be a kiwi. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys yoga, baking and spending time with family and friends
