Harcourts Redcliffe

Having been introduced to Tara Milzewski through Harcourts as the State Operations Manager for Property Management in Queensland, she quickly became a mentor figure for me. Having moved from an administration based role to Business Development Manager for Harcourts Redcliffe, Tara assisted in providing me with guidance and new and innovative ideas to increase the property management portfolio. Since starting up the BDM Academy, Tara has provided a range of tools for me to use as a BDM to increase our company’s profile, through not only paper base material but weekly webinars and quarterly training sessions. I find the face to face contact makes a huge difference in my motivation and the accountability through monthly meetings keeps me on track.
