I have been working with Tara Bradbury from the BDM Academy for the past 2 ½ years now. Tara has helped me in so many ways including implementing ideas into the business to help grow the rent roll. With Tara’s assistance, support and direction it has made by job easier. I have been in the industry for over 16 years but the Business Development Role has become one of its own and Tara has been able to provide guidance as to what the role involves and to help me understand the role. With Tara holding me accountable each month this gives me the motivation I need to keep pushing through the barriers that we come across each and every day in real estate . There are so many tools available in the members section that I can use daily to help me with any task that I may be working on. Tara has also helped me grow professionally and build confidence within myself. I look forward to continuing to work with Tara throughout many more years to come.
