This was the first time I have attended a session with Tara and would highly recommend her events to anyone looking at improving the way the approach business development.

I can guarantee you will get loads of new ideas and strategies from the events and the breakout sessions were a great way to meet other agents throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Since attending her session I have joined the Ultimate program and have found by being accountable to Tara I have had far better direction with my plan of attack for the day and where I’m spending my time.

Tara has shown me that no matter what role you play in your property management department it is not just a job it is a career and with a positive attitude you with have a very enjoyable time in our amazing industry.

The 2019 BDM

We are now 6 months into 2019 and weekly I’m inundated with so many new tech options to help build our brand and personal profiles. At times I personally find this very overwhelming and trying to work out what type of impact the program will have on the agent and how it will be perceived by the consumer. While I could go through a long list of all the rating websites, CRM database programs, general marketing ideas and social media portals. I would rather keep it simple as from April 2019 that is what has worked best for me and many of the BDM’s I work with across the country.
