I want to say that you have imbedded a level of enthusiasm into my Property Management Team that has resulted in very positive results for the team. They feel that you have given them time which until lately they have felt starved of. Cross exposure to professionals in their field is very valuable to them and this is what they have missed in the past. I have purposely stayed out of the loop to enable them to ‘have you all to themselves’ which I believe they have enjoyed and appreciated. It is important to me that the team leaders have ownership over their departments and you have appeared to foster this in them as well. I thank you for your support and efforts to date and look forward to many more visits and collaborations with you.
